Great location with freindly staff but very tiny room & lack of cleaning
Very good location, only 4-5 mins walk from JR Ueno station and 8-10 mins from Keisei Ueno station. The area around hotel has several 24 hr. resaurants and convenience stores. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room equipped with all necessary facilities.
Very tiny room with very little space compares with other hotels around the same price. Can hardly place a single 27-inch luggage in the room. The hotel provide full cleaning (bedmaking, changing mattress and vacuuming) only once a week, only collect garbages and change towels by request. Room does not have bathtub, only shower booth and its door does not completely sealed; therefore, some water leak.

Close to train stations, value for money.
Walking distance between Ueno station and Inaricho-station. Staff was very friendly, helpful easy to talk to. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. Will definitely stay again.
Room is a little on the smaller side, with the wash basin outside the bathroom. The is not much space to spread open your luggage fully in the room. There is no laundry mat or washing machine for guests use. You have to walk about 6-8 mins to a public coin Laundromat that doesn’t even have seats for you to wait at.
